Any FREE Sites?

Are their any FREE Sites that allow you to create your own Online Radio Station with your MP3's?? (I Dont Care If I can talk OnAIr or Not)!

Because a streaming-music server can eat up a lot of bandwith, it can pose a security risk, a dynamic IP could cause problems for listeners, among other things.
