Fucking klepto jacked my shit. I went to my cousin's apartment in Ghettoville on Sunday to pick up my Camera. I get there and park in the back like I usually do at 9:30 and stayed a while. At 10:00 we decided to get fat so we headed on to McyD's to see how much shittier it got. Well When I go to open my car door I notice that my awesome Pioneer Stereo is inconviently missing. No broken window, no scratched paint, it was clean and quick. Fucking professional fucker jacked my 250 dollar Mp3 Pioneer deck. It was so pretty. Had a blue face with white LCD display.

I never leave anything valuable in a car, and always watch my stuff becuse things get stolen quickly around here. Except my wallet with only a couple of bucks in it (this happened at a school party though so one of the 30 people that go to my school and was there must have taken it :mad: ) nothing was ever stolen from me.

SOmeone stole my wallet with 200 dolalrs in it once. This was out of 8 people and we couldn't figure out who done it. I called the cops and I left a statement but I doubt I'll see my stereo again. Its kinda hard not to leave this valuable item in my car since its built into the dash. I'm glad they didn't take my music or my bike or my Game Boy. I at least still have my Advanced Wars.

I am sorry to hear that whiteflip. I totally understand your frustration. About 7 years ago my apartment was broken into and they took everything. TV's vcrs video games, even my kids bikes. It really sucked and I was really pissed off for a long time. Upon reflection I am just glad my boys and I were not home and we were safe.

My car Cd player was attempted to be jacked by an amature, and they just ripped the faceplate off, threw it on my floor, and broke the player. Now neither I nor the theif have a working CD player. What a retard.

this will teach you for not taking precautions. electrocuting car doors, fire jets underneath the car...

I hate that car. But yeah I know there is a bright side to any situation but let me focus on the dark side for a bit. Things could be worse but damn, he jacked my shit.

Since there is a void space, just get a radio with a detachable faceplate. Take it with you. Sometimes faceplates cost more than the whole system.

It had a detachable face plate :( Since I was just staying at my cousins shortly I didn't think twice about taking the plate off and locking it in my glovebox like usual. Super shitty.

That sucks whiteflip. I once went with my mum to her cousin's to drop something off. We had a station wagon in those days. We were literally in her flat for about 10 minutes and when we came back the back window was gone. No scratches, nothing. Professional job. And in one of the nicer areas of Lima too.

Anyway, 2 days later we go to this shit area where you can buy anything, most of it is stolen. We ask a guy standing on the pavement if he has a window that'll fit our car. He says, wait a minute, and then comes back with a car window in his arms, in broad daylight by the street. He sees if it fits and, yes, it does. We checked to see if it was the exact same window, but it wasn't.

A lot of people go there to get cheap car accessories, but it just means these people will go out and nick more stuff. If they don't have it, they'll actually say they'll have it withing three days, which means they'll go out looking for a car of the same model and steal whatever it is you need.

actually, that sucks man. Gotta say that's the main reason why I opted for a flash mp3player and kept my tape deck.

With your traffic? Forget that. Besides it didn't happen in my neighborhood of Issaquah but my cousin's neighborhood of South Seattle. She is the one who needs to move.
