How to xfade tracks on CD?

I want to burn a bunch of cds with a winamp playlist, and I want to crossfade them somehow. Is this possible? Maybe just as one long track (not preferable, but I'm thinking that is the route I will have to go).

Try this plugin:

I think it will result in a one track cd, but I don't know another way...
