I have won a gold medal!
 

Taekwondo competition this morning, don't normally win anything (I'm not crap, just doesn't seem to work out on the day).

Looked like it was going to be a similar story today as well, as my first two events didn't go very well at all.

But then came the team events, came joint 4th in the paired self-defence (A routine where you show off manouvers out of grabs and locks, etc. with a bit of martiaa arts film chreography thrown in).

And then in the team poomse (called kata in karate), and we pwned everyone. (Including the best black belts at our club, and the taekwondo superstars from Doncaster).

1st place, gold medal, mint. When was the last time you completely pwned everyone?

I don't really recall acomplishing something on that high of a competitive level...

I once won a bridge building contest. All we could use were thin kanes, limited card board and prit-stick. Owned them all, 65 kilograms :cool:
