:weird: Y'all need to see the video of that mom beating the kid.

I'm not going to see the video just like I didn't watch the beheading videos. I'll just take your word for it. Since I'm not a Floridian I don't have the joy of becoming a member of the Jury. Still it is attempted murder. It will go civil if its not.

These are the kinds of people who deserve to be severely beaten by someone else ... a dose of their own medicing might just do them some good.

@whiteflip: The charges agaisn't the mom were dropped from attemped murder to avagratted assualt. As you can imagine, the mom of the girl beat up is highly upset. And I would be too, from what I can understand, the mom who was charged let go of the girl after she passed out from being choked.

*sigh* Overprotective parents....

i think the mother should get attempted murder...
