Video to audio

PLEASE HELP! I'm new to downloading songs/videos and transfering them to cd's. I've downloaded a video using limeware, a video some of my friends made, and now I want to record the soundtrack from the video-complete with all the backround noise from the video. Anyone know how to do this?? Thanks

Download Windows Movie Maker if its not already on your computer, add sound to the scenes just dont silence it beforehand.

Timbaland, will this work if I just want to record the audio and not the video?
