Sorry to double post but I forgot... I need the following in order to make the intro to the pack:

- A definative list of people making presets for the pack
- The name of the pack

Well the reason it looked so bland as you said is because code driven presets really are hard to make look good, even by a aesthetical genius like me.

I actually pity da fools who do code heavy presets. Your presets will always look bland and empty! HaHa!

For the name I'd say we stick with Community Pack unless someone gets a bright idea then let him say it in his first post and I'll select the best one
(you cannot bribe me but I like good beer ;) ).

There is already a commuinty picks pack, but that was the one where people voted for their favorite presets. I think we should choose a different sounding mane so people won't get confused.

Definately dude, we need to drag up the overall quality, a preset or two would be much appreciated.

I think 'Forums Community Pack' is a good name but it needs to be qualified by which forum its referring to, i.e. 'Winamp.com AVS Forums Community Pack' or maybe just 'AVS Forums Community Pack' because its a bit shorter

I agree on the name but let's do this in the correct way, ^..^ unless you want a namechange to ^.x^ :rolleyes:

No theme, just presets that you want the crowd to remember you like.
(personally I'd say one that I really like and one that really represents me)

i am cool with a theme, but also can do any type of preset, just tell what to do :)

cool then. No theme is good. Coz themes always limit the possibilites of AVS. :)

an idea about a theme: make presets that look like moving paintings (or photos or renders, as you like). ones that look like animated pictures that could be hanged on a wall, framed :)

that would be indeed good, but tugg "stopped" (bleh), and it wouldn't reflect the community, but only you. or would you two make a preset and everyone would remix it?
