Fast but less responsive
 

I have "fast" broadband internet connection in Indonesia, it is 13-15 KBps or about 64 Kbit/s, I think its fast enough to listen to SHOUTcast radios.

The problem is my internet is less responsive, it sometimes takes a minute to download a 40-50 KB file, which it should be done within seconds. So, whats the best buffer configuration for listening to radio? Currently I have 100% prebuffer at start, and 100% prebuffer at buffer underrun.
