Password??

Is there a way to password an NSIS install? Does NSIS support a password function?

Yes. Using a custom screen, you can apply a password. If you need the password to be encrypted try searching the archives for MD5 and Base64.

If you don't want to create a custom page, my NSIS Self-Extractor kit has a built-in password dialogue. See link in my signature below.
