no talking in school

dumbasses

squakMix 12th February 2005 04:12

I second that.

sgtfuzzbubble011 12th February 2005 04:16

Talking in the lunch line never kept me from eating all my food... I agree. Bunch of dumbasses.

Tarron_D 12th February 2005 04:19

Brain..burning...with anger....

cyu 12th February 2005 04:48

I thought there was a huge obesity problem esp. in kids.. Shouldn't they be allowing them to talk more, therefore, eating less?

protegechris 12th February 2005 04:53

lol I remember in middle school.. I was sneaking around campus during lunch, to prove a point the next day the entire 6,7,8th graders were not allowed to talk all lunch long :D

That caught on. Texas Middle School now has a no talking policy for the entirety of lunch.

LawnGnome2005 12th February 2005 05:11

All those kids would have to do is just get everyone to not eat any of their lunches for about a week. My senior year in highschool they raise lunch prices from $1.75 to $2.50 and we got everyone in our senior class to pack lunches for almost a month before they lowered prices back down to $1.75. :)

dlichterman 12th February 2005 05:15

wow, so thats why texas is the fattest state in the US :)

Dark3n 12th February 2005 07:43

well, i don't know much bout the situation in the states, but here, we divide recess into two... one upper and lower form goes first and another upper and lower form right after that... and if talking is a crime there, if those shitcakes were to come to my school, they'll have a heart attack. forget talking during recess... we talk in class, during assembly, sports, before skool , after skool, outside the class, between classes, when the teachers are talking, when the teachers are sitting, when the teacher is mad.

heck, the ppl from my skool talks so much that the students here are known to make any gathering a loud and noisy event.

only in Seafield High. only in Malaysia ;)

MidnightViper88 12th February 2005 07:45

Dumbasses, yes...

However, there are some loudmouths who I wish would shut the fuck up during lunchtime...

bgesley 12th February 2005 07:55

thats when you play dodgeball and aim head, Midnight ;)

mysterious_w 12th February 2005 08:08

American schools are so stupid. We may have uniforms, but during lunch we can talk, or go off the school site down to the chippy.

As long as we don't make too much of a mess, no one gives a damn.

Ha...Ha!

I go an American school, we ain't gots to wear no uniforms, we can be annoying loudmouth bitches when we want, and we can like...Do other cool stuff you can't...

:p

whiteflip 12th February 2005 12:06

HA! I would talk in that fucking line and when they tried to take me out I wouldn't go. Kids these days do not know how to protest correctly. I blame the republicans. Simple solution is to increase the lunch time. You don't learn jack in elementary school and you only have one teacher the entire time. I'm sure they wouldn't mind shaving 10-15 minutes off their lectures.

go on then, what can you do that we can't?

whiteflip 12th February 2005 12:27

Not save the queen.

SSJ4 Gogitta 12th February 2005 16:38

If we had that enforced here, I'd talk every damn minute of lunch.

Vie 12th February 2005 16:43

Hay, I talk and I get a table all to myself, I see no downsides here!

bgesley 12th February 2005 16:58

We can still sing right!?!?

Personally i prefer wearing uniforms. Wouldn't want my normal clothes anywhere near the dirty school desks, chairs and walls.

That's pretty stupid, they should've done what my school did: extend the lunchtime and add it on at the end of the day.

Uniforms stop you from publicly wearing this shirt in school

Oh, yes. We all know that the number-one thing we need in the lunch-rooms of schools is efficiency.

Mike H. 14th February 2005 00:57

Maybe the kids would eat their lunch if it didn't taste like shit.

Smeggle 14th February 2005 01:29

zerointelligence < name of the website - says it all really...

what a dweeb...I'd like to see them try stop my youngun and he's cousin to shut up (There 10 and 11 this year). Dan Dan would probably clobber the ejit (He's like that - hit first talk later  ) and Connor would then probably talk the ejit into pure confusion whilst making perfect sence. (Takes after he's dad 'cept I rarely make sence :weird: ) :D

btw I'd love to see his face if he saw the kids here in Ireland - they all go down into town for lunch (11 year olds +) well most of them do and theres 2-3[?] schools in the area no staggering of breaks!

petitechloe664y 15th February 2005 03:06

why not enjoy the silence?

Phyltre 15th February 2005 03:22

Because small children enjoy silence like we enjoy dentist visits.

Mattress 15th February 2005 03:43

I'm suprised the children actually stay quiet.

whiteflip 15th February 2005 08:53

CHILDREN WILL DO AS THEY ARE TOLD

Bilbo Baggins 15th February 2005 21:45

A cattle prod is more effective.

MidnightViper88 15th February 2005 23:36

Hey, teacher! Leave those kids alone!
