Great, then use it to make a skin - because whoever made the skin in screenshot you posted clearly had no idea.

Seriously though, no offence, but I'm sure you're able to do better than that. A single-coloured background, a couple of pixely stars and an idiotic phrase on the top - and half the base skin showing through to boot - hardly combine to make a skin worth bragging about. :weird:

True, heck, even if you're using only MSPaint you can do FAR better than that. That's (and I'm aware that it's only a start), boring, unoriginal, and not worth making. Put some effort in your skins.

And no, I'm not bitching. That's constructive criticism.
