Can anyone tell me what they think of this PL?

This is sort of the rough idea I had. It's supposed to be an ocean scene and as it turned out, the way I did the sky made me able to blend the normalBG very well. It needs something around the frame though I think. It just needs something, obviously. But, I haven't the faintest clue as to what because of the repeating tiles. Maybe a bird or a cloud or something. I really don't know.

The stacks were originally going to be dog tags before I had the ocean idea. I never changed them, but i might leave them there anyway. A tribute to those who died at sea.

I'd add some clouds in there, carfully. And you could make the stacks dog tags, but I'd make the stack button icons into boats, and have the tags just show up when you click them, maybe. And if you could maybe add some gleam onto the sides of that black boat, it might look a little less flat.

That's a good idea with the clouds and the boats for stacks, but I'm kinda stuck with the black boat because just about all of that black comes from the text area.

Right, I'm just saying a little gleam on the left or right edge, outside of the text area.
