Need some help!
 

I tried to submit my First Skin but something seems to be wrong with my screenshots:

I don't know how to understand this message. Maybe I'm to stupid but PLEASE help me!

Well, did you submit screenshots that described your skin or did you just submit a random image that had no relation to the look of your skin?

I take it that the image you attached there is a picture of the skin yes?, now attach the images you submitted and I'll tell you if they are descriptive enough.

The pictures I tried to submit were

- the one I just attached, which really is a picture of the skin(Main Window, Equalizer and Playlist)

- this thumbnail which is a smaller version of the main-window

ok heres a list on what to do

1. Open up a playlist.

2. Then start playing a song.

3. Then press the Print screen button. And if it does not say print screen then look for SysRq.

4. After you have pressed that button open up a paint poragram (I would use paint) then when you have a blank screen press Ctrl V. You should get an image of your screen on there.

5. After you have an image of your screen in paint you should copy and paste the image of your skin onto another blank image then size it out to the correct sizes and then save it as screen shot or somethihng.

Mik, if you read what MacGyver wrote, you would realize that he/she already knows how to make a screenshot.


MacGyver: Are you sure that the pictures are of the right size ?

Ya. I just woke up.

I'm sure that both pictures are of the max. allowed size:

- the Thumbnail 178 x75 pixels

- the large Image 275 pixels wide

I think the problem is not the size, but the pictures itself!?

When did you submit it? Maybe it was justa database glitch. I had a similar problem with my Penny Arcade skin, and I just resubmitted it with a slightly different name and the exact same screenshots, and it worked fine.

I tried again but nothing chanced.
Still the same Messange...

i got that to. just submit it from i different computer.

No idea, yesterday i tryed to submit a skin and the same message appeared in my e-mail box...
