Ok, I don't really know what you mean by that. I don't understand what it is about my recent posts that you find weird

when ElArgento asked "are you nervous?", he meant "are you angry?" - "Nervous" sounds like a lot of European words for "angry", so a lot of people get those words mixed up. ElArgento's first language is Spanish.

El-Argento: Learning English in school won't do much to improve your vocabulary. Try to find some books in English. Preferably those that you've read in Spanish before. And even more preferably not dumbed down versions of books that are sold nowadays for those who are learning the language. LOTR books are probably the best choice. Reading and communicating in English are the only two ways to learn it properly. You're doing fine, but sometimes you mess things up, seemingly because of the similarity of some words with different meanings. The same thing happens to me when I try to communicate in German.

Mr Jones 29th April 2005 12:49

And don't forget LMAO means Lick My Anal Orifice or something

Doggy Dog 29th April 2005 13:35

Ok, so I lied. :(

It actually means Relax Old Friend (And) Lick My Anal Orifice.

The "A" was dropped in early 2002 so that the word would become more used by average internet users, oblivious of the real meaning.

:D

Mr Jones 29th April 2005 13:38

I bet you say that to all the girls :D

Doggy Dog 29th April 2005 13:44

Nope. Not to ALL girls. I wouldn't want some ugly girl touching my precious orifices. Duh.

LuigiHann 29th April 2005 17:31

ElArgento, if you ever come across a silly internet term that isn't in the real dictionary, try http://www.urbandictionary.com/ But beware because all the definitions are user-submitted, so some of them might just be BS.

Mr Jones 29th April 2005 17:52

El-ArGeNtO 30th April 2005 17:13

Thank you all so much... :D now I remember hearing about that...It sounded funny when you said Anal orifice :D My english teacher didn't teach me that kind of vocabulary *ROFLMAO*
