...right

ScorLibran 12th May 2005 00:04

Geez, I hate Ann Coulter. Before she started appearing on Fox News and elsewhere in politics, I had her cousin fired from a project director position at MCI Corp. Now whenever I see Ann Coulter, I think of her cousin. I don't hate Ann because her cousin was a b*tch, I judge her purely on her own ideals (or lack thereof). It's just a pleasant coincidence that I think of them the same way, that's all. :)

mikm 12th May 2005 00:20

You do realize that Ann Coulter (as well as Bill O'Riley and Rush Limbaugh) is just as bad as Michael Moore, don't you?

shakey_snake 12th May 2005 00:24

I think I've stated before that I'm Libertarian.
I don't bother with petty partisan politics.
So yes mikm.

ShyShy 12th May 2005 00:27

Can't stand the people that mikm mentioned.

Although I do have to admit that Ann Coulter did have a point when the court shootings in Georgia happened. A grandmother smaller than the criminal shouldn't have been the one to guard him (hindsight's 20/20). Just because we have shouted equal opportunity for male and female on certain jobs, doesn't mean that a woman can do the job as equally as a man (physically).

But, that's been the only thing I've had to agree with her on. Even when I did read that particualr article, I had to get past her over-dramatic ranting to get to the point of the article.

Michael Moore is a pompous schmuck. So's O'Reily and Limbaugh.

They're all religious nuts.

ShyShy 12th May 2005 00:44

With Michael Moore idolizing himself? :D

shakey_snake 12th May 2005 00:45

Got a hard on to fight religion today Gaekwad?
who crapped in your cornflakes?

gaekwad2 12th May 2005 00:49

Michael Moore always goes on about his Catholic education and how it made him what he is so yeah... :p

ShyShy 12th May 2005 04:11

You owe me long time, shakey.

shakey_snake 12th May 2005 10:48

You Bet.

Leonhart 12th May 2005 11:05

Im confused whos Michael Moore, and whos Ann coulter.???????

Print 12th May 2005 11:14

Hehe.. I just finally finished watching Farenheit 9/11.

Moore sure knows how to get people to think what he's thinking.

Though there was something odd about that movie..

I now want to join the U.S. Army. :igor:

zootm 12th May 2005 11:18

Ann Coulter and Michael Moore are both equal idiots.

Warrior of the Light 12th May 2005 11:20

Don't know either..

I'd say she's on a level of her own.
How anyone can take her seriously is way beyond me.

Print 12th May 2005 11:31

I get that she's a political figure, or something related to politics.. but can someone sum up who exactly she is?

I've never even heard of her.

Hmm. Moore has done some good work, I was assured that Ann Coulter occasionally had a good point, but I'm yet to see it. She was getting the benefit of the doubt :)

Leonhart 12th May 2005 11:44

So Michael Moore is a director or movie maker????

And Ann Coulter is a ploiticle figure.

Ok

Print 12th May 2005 11:58

Micheal Moore is both. He makes documentaries, so he directs and 'makes' his own movies.

Michael Moore

Some of his documentaries:

Farenheit 9/11

Bowling For Columbine

and his first one

Roger & Me

Wolfgang 12th May 2005 12:19

"Being nice to people is, in fact, one of the incidental tenets of Christianity (as opposed to other religions whose tenets are more along the lines of 'kill everyone who doesn't smell bad and doesn't answer to the name Mohammed')". - Ann Coulter

Holy shit. She should be sweeping floors, not in politics.

AHAHAHA.. now i'm starting to like this chick.

First she's holding a gun, then she says this.. this bitch is crazy. And I like it :D

They're both authors. Moore is "left wing", Coulter is "right wing". Coulter says incendiary things so that she can appear on television, Moore makes films so he says his incendiary things in them.

Moore is either less biased or far more clever.

I'd say he's a little both.

Though from reading that quote from her above, i'd say he's far more clever.

Wolfgang 12th May 2005 13:15

Moore does like to attract attention to himself. But he's good at digging out all the shit the Bush Administration is surrounded by. At least he shows proof for all his facts, most of which come from the media.

gaekwad2 12th May 2005 13:56

Well that can be argued (or at least he does sometimes take things out of context) but he certainly does more journalistic work than some columnist.

Print 12th May 2005 14:29

Yeah, the one really good thing (or bad depending on who you are) is that Moore really knows his shit.

I just love the part in Farenheit 9/11 where he talks about Bush's military records.

How the Bush admin decided to release documents that had some parts blacked out, but 'what they didn't know was that I already had those documents', without anything blacked out.. LMAO, just too funny.

zootm 12th May 2005 17:56

Actually, this applies now I think about it.
