Network Monitor in WinXP

In Windows 98 (se) I had this very nifty tool that showed me who was connected to my PC in our network. The tool was called 'Networkmonitor' and it showed me exactly who was connected to my PC and gave me the ability to kick them from my pc if I wanted to

I've been searching around in winXP for this tool, but I either suck at searching or it's just not there anymore..

Does anyone know of a good tool that replaces this or can someone point me at where to look for it, if it's still included in XP?
