Can anybody help me to get this asx stream work in Winamp 2.91 please?

Won't work in Winamp 5.093 too

Works for me, usin Winamp 5.093.

i can get it to work in 5.093 by pasting mms://wms3.neti*****uuno into "open url" (ctrl+l) it displays mms://wms3.neti*****uuno/.wma

But any ideas for Winamp 2.91?

No! 1) This has nothing to do with Playlist Loader. 2) Old buggy 2.91 is no longer supported (5.x is the direct continuation of 2.9x). Posts split from Playlist Loader thread into own separate thread.
