moderator of the month awards.
 

i know this has done bbefore but dont bitch at me yet.

this is the best moderator of the month awards for august (i know its july dont bitch at that either)

it will be 5 mods at a time for 3 days intervals. pick the best mod you like out of the 5 and then the winner will move on to the final rounds.
we will go in order. no need to say anything just vote.

todays voteing goes for 3 days for the following mods:

Nah, to be fair, the mods I have seen doing their stuff have all been tip-bloody-top at it. I don't want to really vote for a best mod as they're all too different in how and when they moderate.

Sorry, I cannot accept a CT by corrupting the Democratic Process, unlike most Tory Lords.

yup this has been attempted before, the problem is that there are people of all types in different parts of the forum. Not everyone spends their time in GD not everyone spends their time in Winamp TS same goes for mods. So votes like this are very bias based on their location.

My favorite mod is Mr Jones *attempts to fan the Ashes wars*

They are alot more than 5 mods making this an invalid poll.
This has been done before, been shut down before. Anyone who has been here for awhile can remember what happened when we had the horrendous forum member of the month awards. It turned into a GD only affair and left out the truly valuable amongst us.


Oh and by the way, Did you plan on making this poll available to everyone on the forums, or just GDers?

At least two of the mods in the poll are among my favorite people here, plus two others that aren't even in it (Sarge and Shy).

Even if the poll were still open I wouldn't vote by rounds, nor by any other method. I'm not picking favorites among several people I have a ton of respect for.
