DVD Playing Pulg-In?

Is it possible for winamp to be able to play DVDs and be able to use DVD menu screens? Once when I was browsing the plugins I noticed a program like this. Now I cant find it or anything else that would do the job.
Does such a plug in exist? I meen WMP can play DVDs.

Works perfect for old DVDs but ufortunatly many new DVDs have Licencing programs on them. So because the program is unlicenced I eather blocks the images or plays at the wrong speed.
