Global Key is intefered with something
 

k I just had this problem today. It's very weird when I go to the option and put on the global key on. Then when I exit it said

"Hotkey registration failed! Couldn't register the following hotkeys:
Playback: Volume Up
Playback: Volume Down
Playback: Forward
Playback: Rewind

Which those are a primary on the up,down,left,right key.
its Alt+Ctrl+Up like that. When I used the hotkey, this wut it does. It goes black then my whole desktop went up-sides down. Same with my left and right, it goes down-side down right. Can anyone solve this problem?

Who makes your video card? Flat screen monitor? Do a driver update recently?

I know that seems random, but if the system already has the key combination bound, they won't work in Winamp.
Ctrl+Alt+Arrow for some graphics cards change the screen orientation.

Yea its flat screen. I have a Radeon X800

Either use different keyboard shortcuts for Winamp. Or check your video card properties and see if you can disable the screen rotation shortcuts.

I couldn't figure out what application might be using these hotkeys, and it turnded out that turning hotkeys off on intel video card on a laptop did the job !
Everything works now :)
