brief error dialog box upon logout
If I don't close WinAmp prior to logging off in WinXP Pro I get an error dialog box briefly before the logout is complete and I'm returned to the Welcome screen.
The whole thing flips by really fast so I cannot see what's it complaining about I've narrowed it down to WinAmp by closing all the other apps before logging off. As long as WinAmp is running I get the error message. Any ideas on how to track this down better? I'm running as a regular user as opposed to the default 'admin' account created in XP. I'm using XP SP2 (up-to-date) and WinAmp 5.1 but as I can remember this happened in previous versions as well. Cheers, Nick |
After some more squinting it appears to be Dr. Watson complaining that it cannot initialize because the session is shutting down.
Is it trying to create a report for WinAmp? Nick |
Seems to be the same problem as in:
http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....hreadid=225305 i.e. the ml_wire.dll. Cheers, Nick |
