Hi, new here

Hi, I am new here, and though it may sound like a stupid question, I was wondering if anyone could help me find my media library, i cannot find it, and I have turned it on, turned it off, etc. but still cannot seem to find it. I have everything else, but no media library.
If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated,
