Delay
 

I've setup the shoutcast fine on my home network, but when i stream from 1 pc and connect on another it connects and gets all the information alright, but it has roughly a five minute delay, what's going on here?

yeah but my delay is literally like 5 minutes

does not change anything.

delay can be anything from 2 sec to God knows how long all depending on the buffersettings, bandwidth etc.

post your setup it might be another thing.
