Song Volume Way too Low
 

My music sounds fine when I use Winamp as the input device, however when I set it to soundcard to try and get the mic working as well they are all extremely quiet.
Thing is, I can make them louder but only by turning my speakers INCREDIBLY loud.
My question is, can I make shoutcast output louder sound than my headphones output?

turn up the volumes in the recording mixer

shoutcast > input tab > soundcard mode > open mixers > recording mixer > adjust recording line
