NEXUS || DFX vs Winamp 5.1

Ahem! :blah:

I recently installed WINAMP 5.1 surred. into my Windows98 system. Winamp5.08c was working pretty fine with the tim-tested DFX 7.

But the next moment I get an error:
"Winamp performed an illegal operation"

Everything gets right when i uninstall DFX. :confused:

GR8 THINKERS, SUMMON!!
Any answers?
