Problem with Title Streaming
 

I am currently using SAM Broadcaster and i can't seem to get my title streaming to work...I am using MySQL Database and it might be something in there because i am pretty sure i have my SAM setup right.

In the first screen I do not allow scripts in stream. I have that feature fully disabled. In the second screen I use Automatic Title Streaming instead of ID3 and have mine setup as $title$ by $artist$ - from the CD $album$
