Streaming without soundcard?

Hi,
I would like to use Winamp with Shoutcast DSP PlugIn and Shoutcast Server to stream content from some folders. No problem up to the point I click on the play button in winamp... It all runs on a server so I don't have a soundcard in it. Is there any way to get the mp3s on the shoutcast stream without a soundcard?
