Winamp internet stream of a radio station- shoutcast file
I attempted to listen to a radio station online called TheBreeze (Breezeradio.com) while on AOL and could not do so after clicking on the "listen live" link on the homepage. But if I use the Mozilla Firefox browser (while on the exact same computer without changing any settings, firewalls, etc.) the shoutcast file box comes up and there is a small download and then the Winamp player box with the station name comes up and starts playing the stream. I do not understand why I cannot listen to this station while on AOL but can do so using a different internet browser. Does anyone have any idea as to why? Thank you in advance for your help.

I hope by a link you mean to the website of the radio station that I have this problem with -
http://www.breezeradio.com/breeze.php There is a "listen live" link on the right side. When I use the AOL browser nothing happens when I click on "listen live" but with Mozilla Firefox it moves to the shoutcast short download and then the Winamp player comes up and plays the station's stream. Thank you again. Linda |
