I normally take my Zrytec on a sober note, but damn, does this method put sleeping pills to shame...

Sick and tired of being sick and tired.

it had been years and years since i had been really tired. (i was an insomniac for quite a bit, but im over it now) i was tripping the other day on being sleepy. i thought it was halarious having that, o crap i cant keep me head up, bit. im starting to get really sleepy in the middle of the day now though. making up for those few years where i would go weeks without proper sleep i suppose. these days id nap like an infant if youd let me.

as far as your dilema goes though its hard to know weather you should give in or not. @_@ keep up until you get that feeling where your head feels like its on fire. after that it would be pretty safe to say that you should get some rest.

Anyway, how come I can consume the equivalent of six cups of coffee at 10.00pm and be asleep an hour later, and you need some weird pills?
