Buffer Keeps resetting while I am watching Shoutcast TV
 

I can't figure out why the buffer keeps resetting while I watch my shoutcast tv. For example I am trying to watch Fusion Tv at 420kbps and the video keeps stalling until the buffer comes back to 100%. I cannot find nothing when I do a search. Any help appreciated.

might be better places to post such a thread, you are watching a tv stream with your winamp player and are not a broadcaster.

could it be that your internet cache is filled up to the max? or your connection can't handle the bitrate?
