Need help IDing US Army patches

One of my uncles gave their old US Army desert camo jacket a while ago (Which is at least a decade old, since he's no longer in service with the military anymore)...He took off a few patches (Mainly his name and one of the officer shoulder mark patches), but left most of them on...I've been trying to ID what rank each patch signifies, but I'm kinda stuck on that...All I could find out is that the collar patch with the 4 black squares is for a Chief Warrant Officer...I still don't know the other collar, the one on the shoulder, and the one above the US Army patch...

Think anyone here could help me out on this?

I can take a closer picture of the patches, if anyone who could help me has trouble seeing them clearly...

Chief Warrent Officer 4 is all I found as well.

The patch on the shoulder is a unit patch for the 416th Engineering Command.

The winged patch on the collar is an Army Aviation insignia.

The winged patch on the chest is another Army Aviation insignia, and the star at the top signifies Master Aviator.

So from those patches I can see he was a CW4 (Chief Warrant Officer 4) in the U.S. Army who flew aircraft with the 416th Engineering Command. He served long enough to become a Master Aviator, and to attain the second-highest Warrant Officer rank (at least two terms of service, perhaps?).
