After you install NSIS you'll have a start-menu folder with links to important NSIS documents and examples.

A lost of the Program Softwere those given help document.
Where can I write code? I don't know.

Read NSIS\NSIS.chm
Examples are in NSIS\Examples
All other documents are in NSIS\Docs

It's all there for you to get your hands on... that's if you've installed NSIS... of course?
