Internet Radio and Internet TV not opening when clicked

Every time I attempt to click on Internet TV or Internet Radio, there is no response. This goes the same for the Media Library. I just got Winamp today, and the Internet TV/Radio opened the first 2 times...but stopped after that. Please help!
