Customizing the EULA
 

I would like to add checkboxes underneath the EULA and change the window appearance (i.e. add an image to the left of the window). So that only when the checkboxes have been checked will the Next button activate. How is this possible?

For the checkbox use MUI_LICENSEPAGE_CHECKBOX.
