big problem

hi there,

A half year ago i bought my first comp. so my knowledge about comp. is very low but i am learning every day,

for days now i am trying to figure out what i am doing wrong but.. nothing! After i hit connect my status turns from not connected to "receiving authorization response" after i "kill the server" and put him back on i get connected some times (but very rarely)
because on my dsp i see the time and data i am broadcasting and on my server i see this 1/27/06@10:17:55> [SHOUTcast] DNAS/win32 v1.9.5 (Dec 27 2004) starting up...

<01/27/06@10:29:14> [yp_tch] yp.shoutcast.com touched!

that means i am broadcasting right?
what i also dont understand is on my server on the bottom right corner i see sometimes 1/10 and sometimes this 0/10 i read somwhere that this means that i have 1 of 10 listeners is listening but how i can have 1 listener all the time the second i connect (0/10 i understand )
and there is something else after i put my server on (doesnt matter if i am broadcasting or not) i cant serve the internet is that normal?

When on my dsp i get the message "receiving authorization response" (that is 9of10 times)on my server log i get this message but i cant see a error

The 1 listener is SHOUTcast YP - it checks your stream before it adds you to the directory. No, it's not normal to be unable to surf the net while broadcasting.
