broadcasting multiple streams from one server (linux)

I want to be able to host more than one stream on one server.

I tried starting a second thread, with a second config file specifying different ports. It seemed to connect when I started sending the second stream up (from the sending end) but when connecting to recieve the second stream from a different computer I heard the first stream only.

did that make any sense?

stream1 and stream2 being sent up from different computers.

stream1 being sent up to myserver:9999
stream2 being sent up to myserver:9997

open myserver:9997 in winamp on a 3rd computer, but I hear stream1.

Any help?

thanks!

got it working. Restarted a time or two and it worked.
