Oldies - Doo Wop
 

I listen to a doo wop station on shoutcast but when I search for doo wop, shoutcast responds with no stations playing that genre.....did I miss something? It's on every night.:D

Sounds like you should have bookmarked that station.
If you find it again, make sure you do that,
so you won't have to search for it again.

Anyway, try searching with doo instead of doowap.
I found a few stations with that search term, like this one.

Appreciate your response. Thanks. I'm amazed that a place like shoutcast exist and hasn't got a clue about genres of music. The station I listen to is call doowopradio4u which is an oldies radio station playing doo wop (oldies) music. I come to the staion right from the message board, via a link to shoutcast. I was anal in thinking that shoutcast had its act together. Just like classmates. Thanks again though.
