Ques ANSI -> UTF-8
 

Hi everyone?? I have a simple question here

I got a file which is encode ANSI now i want to convert that file to UTF-8.

Have you tried opening in Notepad and doing Save As? There should be an Encoding field at the bottom that lets you select.
