msngr.exe found in winamp
 

hi i'm new and i'm sorry maybe this topic ever been discuss.
i try to install winamp but my symantec norton anti virus found a virus (when i'm double click winamp), virus called msngr.exe type of virus W32.spybot.worm.
my questions is this true msngr.exe from winamp is virus?
