Playlist Manipulation: advance and refresh titles
 

Hello. Just quickly, i'd like to say that i'm totally diggin' on the "new" skin, Nullsoft Media Player 10. I'm not sure what it is about it-- perhaps i had actually used WMP 10 that much that i learned all of the ins and outs of its features and functionality to the degree that when i installed Nullsoft Media Player 10, (and maybe i'm not alone here in this sentiment) that i felt as if i had not only a new skin on Winamp, but indeed as if it is an entirely NEW player altogether. i realize this is not the case, however, i really enjoy using Winamp w/ this skin-- it just seems intuitively configured to where i've been able to enjoy all of the features a bit more readily. i dunno... but, if you haven't yet tried it, then what are you waiting for!? give it a go and see if you discover anything about the vastly awesome functionality of Winamp which might be hiding from you in your current skin. blah, blah...

okay-- now on to my question:
Playlist Advance:
Currently, my favorite way to use WinAmp is to open my playlist of favorite Shoutcast streams and just let 'em go, cycling randomly. i wonder, however, if it's possible to write a script (or if there's a plugin which will do this) to enable the playlist to advance to another title after, say-- 45 mins or so. has anyone out there successfully configured a streaming playlist in such a way?

Playlist Refresh:
Okay, whether i'm able to do the "advance title" option as stated above has no bearing on this inquiry, but i wonder... Is it possible to force Winamp to refresh the titles of the Streams in the currently loaded playlist, even if that stream is currently not selected? If you've evenr saved a playlist of streaming radio, then you'll understand more easily my point here being that, although i might very much enjoy any given stream in my playlist, at times it will stream something that i don't like so much, at which time i'll just pick something else from the list-- however, because the list entry titles haven't been refreshed since the last time they played, respectively, i must make a new selection based off of the information from the previous time that stream was accessed. So, ideally, what i'd like to enable would be some sort of "automatically updating" feature so that the playlist entry titles would "renrew", or "refresh" even while they aren't currently being played. Any ideas to make that happen, or is it most likely impossibe?
