Advanced Title Formatting funtion hangs Winamp
 

I have version 5.2, and I noticed when I was playing around with Advanced Title Formatting that I could get Winamp to consistently hang when attempting to play a specific song.

I changed the Title Formatting to display album and track number info if available, and to abbreviate the album title if it is over 10 characters (much like the example in the Help section). I then tried to play an mp3 (previously played without problems) with the Album name "Desperate Rock 'n' Roll, Vol." and Winamp UI would consistently freeze while the song still played.

I'm guessing the $abbrev function gets into an infinite loop when trying to abbreviate non-alphanumeric characters, or perhaps it's even more of a special case than that. I just thought I'd let you guys know.
