Media Library Search Field Focus?
Is there a way that when I open Media Library the search field gets focused automatically, so I can type the name of the song I want to find without using my mouse (something like pressing 'j' in the playlist editor for Jump to file dialog).
This is mainly because I like to use the keyboard as much as possible. I press ALT+L and than I have to take the mouse to select the search field to find the song - this is very annoying  Thanks in advance :) |
Two or three presses of the Tab key should focus the Search field
(well, no more than 5, depending on what item has focus when you open the ML) The full cycle for the 'Audio' view is 8 tabs from Search and back. |
Wouldn't it be good thing to have an option in ML to focus the search field (if there is any in the last view), because I hav to press Tab 5 time to get focus on it  and that is slower than using my mouse, and the whole idea was to not use my mouse.

mouse focus
when Im browsing through my media library (winamp 5), it would be nice to have the focus change automatically with mouseover (artist, album, song sections) rather than having to click inside each particular section before being able to use the scroll wheel.
