How can move a skin from unpublished to published ?

I try to limit my bublish to 4 nights a week though I got overbublished at home last night, DUI checkpoints were the toast of the town keeping us here to play pool for the evening. http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
But I believe what you are asking is how to get your skin published. If you have already submitted your skin, expect a wait of anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months to get it published.
If you need to submit a skin, click above on the "Skins & Plug-Ins" tab, then the "Submit resources" tab to begin the process.
