why are there so crappy ratings on winamp?
It's not hard to see when people spent a
100 hours on a skin, working like crazy,
and when people just put some shit together
with some "select a bmp and we'll make a skin for ya" program. Why not start a rating
system like deskmod, where 100 points is the best you can get. I'd have to say, more then 80% of the 5 star skins doesn't deserve their rating. flame me all you want, this is how I feel...

Simply put: Because the "reviewers" know shit about the art of skinning...

When will it stop? who knows. Maybe it wont stop till winamp gets a new rating system.

Kinwashi...most of us here in the Skin Love forum feel the same way as you. Be patient, when Winamp goes to their new site design (which is soon I hope), they are going to change to a public rating system. http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/smile.gif
