Videos zoomed.....and not in a good way
 

When i use winamp, or any video player for that matter i get at zoomed on the video, almost like its in full screen, but its on 1X window. however when i go to full screen its still not fixed so basically if i didntr explain it right, its like im trying to view a large video in a small window but its ALWAYS liek that even if i go full screen or not like im zoomed in on their face, and always zoomed in on their face even if i go full screen. any ideas?
