Ok, I am trying to make a skin for winamp and have downloaded several different programs to do so, but I forget my purpose. Anyhow, I want to know where do you get the buttons for the skin from? Like the playlist buttons and the main window. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You use Paintshop or Photoshop and you make em.

Ok, so when I do pledit I should just include a diagram of the buttons with it? I just want to make sure so I don't have a crappy skin.

When you open Pledit.bmp in your graphics program...you alter the .bmp and make your buttons right on the Pledit.bmp using Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, MS Paint, whatever graphics program your are using. As far as using a button program of some kind...I'm afraid someone else is going to have to explain that to you cuz I've never used one, but I would think you would have to load whatever pic you want to use into the program or make your buttons in the program. Hope this helps http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/smile.gif
