YOU use localhost. Internet users uses YOUR IP address.
The reason, most routers dont route back to yourself, this means you need to keep track of what IP address if the 'real' address on the internet, and what address is yours. Using localhost means ME, myself, THIS BOX etc. ~ D |
but how do i not use localhost???
|
use the PC's address (ipconfig /all from the command prompt), but your are the stream source so dont use anything else :)
