Songs Stuck

Bah i got the radio to work. But anyways i need help.

I set it up but now it is stuck on one fluffing song
Linkin Park - A place for my head!

It wont change :(! Ive tried and tried. Restarted and Reinstalled. No luck

are you restreaming yourself in winamp?

clear the winamp playlist and stop the server and start again.. it sounds like the track is caught in the buffer maybe?

Right now I don't hear anything except for you doing things and talking a few words sometimes.

What do you mean by 'stuck on one song'? It only plays that song, or the title doesn't update?

What i mean is that i cant change the song. It jsut stays on that same song. And even when i restart the server. BAM Still the same :(

Are you actually playing a song, right now?
I guess you have 'soundcard' selected as input in the DSP plugin?
I only hear you, i.e. I only hear the microphone input. You need to set up volume control in Windows (the Recording part) and select 'Stereo Mix', 'Wave all' or whatever it is called for your soundcard.

I don't think the title display updates automatically when soundcard is selected as input.

It's still not clear to me what you mean exactly. You can't get Winamp to play another song? Is this actually a Winamp problem or a SHOUTcast problem?

Im pretty sure it's shoutcast.

Well, I hear you're playing a jazzy song now, however it disconnects every 25 seconds?
You'll have to be more specific about your setup if you want more help...
And, as said, the title display won't update if you have soundcard selected as input.

Why not just switch input to Winamp instead of soundcard? (in the DSP plugin)

I do! I use Winamp (recommened) to play the songs and the sound card thing to here my voice

Make sure the following is set:

Under the OUTPUT tab, click on YELLOWPAGES. Be sure that EMABLE TITLE UPDATES is checked, and then underneath that, make sure that TITLE and URL are both checked.

ok that fixed it :) but all i did was untick it as it was already ticked and then re ticked it :S

Now you know the secret "tweak" :) LoL
