Channels stop loading
 

I am having frequent problems loading channels. I can visually see the channel loading then it just stops and drops the signal
The strange thing, when I go to shut down the computer, I can hear, briefly, some of the channels I was trying to listen to. Are there some programs that prevent channels from playing?
