MP4 Videos

Simple enough, I have a few movies i want to watch on my desktop instead of PSP.

Problem is, no video and no audio for any of them. I've tried Winamp, Windows Media Player, and VLC Media Player (VideoLAN)

Anyone know of a plugin/codec for mpeg-4?
